M&S opens in Longbridge Town Centre

Appointed by the Regions leading Regeneration specialists St Modwen’s as Development and Leasing advisors on the redevelopment of the former Longbridge Rover Works to create a new Town Centre and destination in South West Birmingham.

The New Town Centre comprises a traditional High Street and Retail Terrace with a vibrant mixture of Commercial Uses including a strong F&B offer, Hotel, Offices, Food Store, and leading retailers including Boots, Smyths Toys, Specsavers, Carphone Warehouse, Poundland, Holland & Barratt, Barclays, Mountain Warehouse, Costa Coffee and many more

BWD were also responsible for securing Anchor Stores with M&S taking a 150,000 sq ft Flagship store & Sainsburys 80,000 sq ft.
