BWD purchase former TJ Hughes in Corby town centre for Sports Direct
Sports Direct were advised by BWD in their acquisition of the former TJ Hughes store in Corby town centre
The 46,416 sq ft building, located on Queens Square, had not been fully occupied since the department store operator left in 2011, but will now undergo a major refurbishment, with the aim to be fully fitted and trading by Easter 2020. Mike Ashley’s Sports Direct will be trading its USC and Sports Direct brands, securing its brand in the heart of the town centre.
