BWD were appointed as development and leasing advisers by the region’s leading development specialist St Modwen at the Longbridge Rover Works. They were tasked with creating this new town centre destination in South West Birmingham. The development mixes traditional high street and retail terraces with a vibrant array of commercial uses, including a strong F&B offering, hotel and office space.
BWD were responsible for securing the anchor tenant Marks & Spencer, who occupy a 150,000 sq ft flagship store, and other leading retailers including Boots, Smyths Toys, Specsavers, Carphone Warehouse, Poundland, Holland & Barrett, Barclays, Mountain Warehouse, Costa Coffee and many more.
